Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Flying Tomato pieces, but if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns on unworn items with tags attached within 30 days of delivery. Please note that sale items and intimates are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all original tags are attached and the packing slip is included.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
